Orders are processed within **1–2 business days**. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time:

* GCC Delivery: **3–4 business days**
* Delivery (Dubai): **Same day or next day** (subject to availability)

Shipping Charges:

* Free delivery on orders above **AED 1150**

Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be sent via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
First Check then Pay. Available only for UAE. Please keep exact cash ready at delivery.

Delays:
Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier issues,Traffice Issue You Know Dubai Traffics 

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Damaged or Missing Items:
Report within **24 hours** with photos for quick resolution.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, we’re here to help.Money will be return 100% and the perfumes should be Not Broken..

Return Eligibility:

* Returns accepted within *5,7 days of delivery**
* Item must be **unused, unopened, and in original packaging**
* For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items:

* Used or opened perfumes
* Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Process:

* Once approved, refund will be processed within **5–7 business days**
* Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

Return Shipping:

* Customer bears return shipping cost unless item is defective or wrong. GCC return not acceptible.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

* The product is damaged
* Wrong item delivered

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
